Dear TSA Champ Swimmers/Families,

Please see the Parent Flyer with updated meet info. A summary of update info is also below: 

1. A meet timeline has been finalized and is now official. See printable version here: printable timeline. 
2. Updated heat sheets, psych sheets, and athlete events have been posted on the TSA Website Heat Sheet page. 
3. NO TECH SUITS are allowed at this meet! 
4. Each session is short on volunteers. The sessions can't start if certain jobs aren't filled, i.e., timers, judges, officials, etc. Important Note: parents are not allowed on the pool deck. The only way to be on the pool deck is to volunteer. Sign up here: Volunteer SignUp Genius
5. Please consider donating food and/or drinks: Donations SignUp Genius.
6. The last day to sign the waiver is today (July 15) - complete as soon as possible if you have not yet done so: participant waiver
7. If you have or know of a student that needs volunteer hours, this is a great opportunity for them to get some! The TSA Champs Committee chairs have informed that they will sign off on any forms needed.

Coach Katia will send details ahead of Sunday to inform on what time and where swimmers can meet their coach so they can walk in together as a group.
