Board meetings are held once a month for the following months: January, February, March, April and October. Meetings are held at 7:30 PM at the Evans Road Clubhouse. Executive Board members must attend 3 of the 5 meetings in order to remain voting members.

Committee Chairs are encouraged to attend at least 3 of the 5 meetings, and/or to send a representative in their place.
Swim team policies will be discussed and voted on at the board meetings. Any registered swim team family may attend and vote (1 vote per family) on policies governing the swim team, but you must attend the meetings in order to vote. Tie votes are decided by the five member Executive Board vote.
