The Bella Casa Barracudas are proud to announce their Head Coach for the 2020 season. Coach Mark Rubacky will return to the team this season as Head Coach. "Last year was just too difficult to coach with Katie graduating from Apex Friendship High School and Matthew getting married. June just flew by last year." said Coach Mark.

Coach Mark works for Railinc in Cary, NC. He is also a coach for the Raleigh Area Masters and was the Head Coach of the Barracudas from 2015-2018. Before moving to NC Coach Mark was an age group coach for the NH Fins USA Swim Team.

Coach Mark is also an international masters swimmer competing in distance freestyle events. He has competed in several national and international meets including the 2018 Pan American Championship where he placed 5^th in the 800 free, 8^th in the 200 fly, and 9^th in the 400 IM and 400 Free. Mark will be competing for North Carolina in the 50^th anniversary of the US Masters Nationals in April.
