Hi Barracudas,

    Here is the final lineup for tomorrow. Please email me any changes before 12:00 noon tomorrow.

Tomorrow's high is suppose to be 97 with a heat index of 110.   Please try and hydrate your swimmers if possible all day tomorrow.   Bring water to the pool.   We will have water jugs with ice water for the kids, so a reusable water bottle is a good idea.

Check in

Check in your swimmer starting at 4:15. Please try to be at the pool as close to 4:15 as you can.   If your swimmer does not check in by 5:30, they will be removed from relays and replaced.   Let me know if they will be late and what time you will be there.

Warm ups

Warm ups start at 4:30.   11 & up will have the pool 4:30 - 4:45. 7&8 and 6 & under will have it from 4:45-5:00 and 9 & 10 will warm up from 5:00 to 5:15.  At 5:15 we have to turn the pool over to Wood Creek.

Poster Contest

There will be a poster contest between warm ups and the meet start (approx 5:30)

Heat Sheet

The heat sheet will be posted around 12:00 noon.   After that no changes can be made.
