Board meetings are generally held the fourth Tuesday of the following months: January, February, March, April and September. Executive Board members must attend 3 of the 5 meetings in order to remain voting members. Calendar for summer 2023 season: January 22, 2023, February 22, 2023, March 29, 2023, April 25, 2023 and October 24, 2023. Meetings are held a 7:30pm at the Evans Road Clubhouse. Committee Chairs are encouraged to attend at least 3 of the 5 meetings, and/or to send a representative in their place.
Any registered swim team family is welcome to attend all board meetings.
Swim team policies will be discussed and voted on at the board meetings. Any registered swim team family may attend and vote (1 vote per family) on policies governing the swim team, but you must attend the meetings in order to vote. Tie votes are decided by the five member Executive Board vote.
