Board meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of the following months:  January, February, March, April and September.  Executive Board members must attend 3 of the 5 meetings in order to remain voting members.  Calendar for summer 2021 season:  January 26, 2021, February 23, 2021, March 23, 2021, April 27, 2021 and September 22, 2021.  Meetings are held a 7:30pm via Zoom.  If you would like to attend and assist in the planning then email Tracey Mizell for the link to the meeting.    [email protected].

Committee Chairs are encouraged to attend at least 3 of the 5 meetings, and/or to send a representative in their place.  

Any registered swim team family is welcome to attend all board meetings.  

Swim team policies will be discussed and voted on at the board meetings. Any registered swim team family may attend and vote (1 vote per family) on policies governing the swim team, but you must attend the meetings in order to vote. Tie votes are decided by the five member Executive Board vote.
