Good morning all!

We are CHANGING the date for our Barracudas Banquet after learning that the original date conflicts with the Olive Chapel Elementary School Open House.

Our NEW event date is Thursday, July 21. We will keep Tuesday, July 26 as our rain date. 

Our thanks to all who let us know about the conflicting events, and especial thanks to our coaching staff for their help with determining a new date for the banquet.

If you have already entered your RSVP, please alter it accordingly.

Our Barracudas Banquet will be Thursday, July 21 at the Evans Road pool. The fun will begin at 5:30. We will have pizza, mini-subs, and cupcakes to eat, and we plan to have Bach to Rock on deck to DJ! Our coaches will be presenting awards to our swimmers, and they have planned some games and fun for one and all (parents, you’re included!) after the ‘formal’ part of the banquet is complete.

Swimmers will be recognized by age group, beginning with our youngest athletes. We plan to start presentations at 6pm with the 6 and under group, then the 7s and 8s, 9s and 10s, 11s and 12s, and then our teens! Awards and such will be presented in front of the fireplace, under the clubhouse shelter.

To RSVP for your swimmer and family members, please log in to the Barracudas website and view all upcoming events. We will need help with set up, food service, and clean up for this event, so you'll also see some job descriptions--if you can give us some time, we'll be grateful! To donate to the banquet and to gifts for our terrific coaching staff, please look under the Swim Swag tab and contribute there.
